Ingredients:

Per Person:

– 2 eggs
– some butter or oil

Step 1:

Place a pan on the hotplate and heat it.

Step 2:

Put some oil or butter in the pan and wait until it has melted.

Step 3:

Break the eggs at the edge of the pan and pour the contents into the pan.

Step 4:

Put the lid on the pan so that the heat cannot escape.

Step 5:

Wait until the fried egg has your desired firmness (approx. 2-4 minutes). If you want, you can turn the fried egg over again with a ladle.
