Ingredients:

Per Person:

– 1 avocado (very soft)
– 1 dash of lemon juice
– 1 tablespoon yoghurt
– ½ Tomato
– to taste, garlic and onion
– pepper and salt
– Chips fit very well for dipping

Guacamole-Dip

Step 1:

Split the avocado and remove the core. The green flesh can be easily removed with a large spoon.

Step 2:

Crush the flesh with a fork in a small bowl and add the lemon juice and the tablespoon of yoghurt.

Step 3:

Cut the tomato into small pieces. If you like, you can also cut the onion and garlic into small pieces and put them in the bowl.

Step 4:

Now you can mix everything, season with salt and pepper.
