Per person:

– 3-4 potatoes
– salt/pepper/spices
– herb butter/fish in cream as you like


Jacket potatoes

Step 1:

Fill 1-3 litres of tap water into a pot. Put the pot on the stove and heat the water until it boils.

Step 2:

Put the potatoes (with skin) in the boiling water and wait about 30 minutes until they are cooked.

Step 3:

After 30 minutes stab a potato with a fork. If the potato slips easily off the fork, the potatoes are done.

Step 4:

Cut the potatoes into smaller pieces.

Step 5:

Put herb butter, fish with cream and other spices such as salt and pepper together with the potatoes on a plate.
