Per person:

– 250 ml milk
– 150 gr. flour
– 2 eggs
– 2 tablespoons of mineral water
– salt

Nutella, banana, jam, strawberry etc.

ham, cheese, cream cheese, etc.



Step 1:

Take a large bowl and pour the milk into it.

Step 2:

Break the eggs and put them in the milk.

Step 3:

Fill the flour as well as some salt and 2 tablespoons of mineral water into the milk and mix well until you get a smooth mixture.

Step 4:

Heat a pan, add some butter and take a ladle of the dough into the hot pan.

Step 5:

Wait until the pancake is a little brown from below and then turn it to the top. Wait a few more minutes until this side is brown.

Put the pancake on a plate, cover/coat it to your taste.
