for 2 persons:
– 250g noodles of your choice (remember that spaghetti is hard to eat)
– 500g minced meat (mixed)
– 1-2 cans of pasta sauce
– 1 onion
– some oil or butter for frying
– If you want garlic, fresh tomatoes and peppers
– grated cheese
Fill water and some salt into a pot and heat it on a stove until it boils.
Put the pasta in the pot and cook according to the instructions on the packet.
Cut the onion and if you want the tomatoes, the garlic and the peppers.
Put some oil or butter in a pan and fry the cut vegetables briefly. Add the minced meat until it is well done.
When the minced meat is no longer red, add the sauce and bring to the boil.
When the pasta is ready, drain it and add some oil or butter to prevent it from sticking.
Put the noodles, sauce and cheese on a plate.
