For a large bowl:
– 250 g mascarpone
– 500g low-fat curd cheese
– 100g whipped cream (unbeaten)
– 50g sugar
– 1 can of peaches (alternatively also other fruits)
– with butter biscuits for dipping
Mix the mascarpone cream with the curd cheese, the whipped cream and the sugar.
Cut the peaches into small pieces and add them to the mascarpone mixture.
If the mass is still too firm, add some of the liquid from the peach can.
Dip the butter cookies into the cream.
